Turnaround Times

Once you are happy with how your proof looks, we can send your order to print, so our turnaround times start when you approve your proof. 

Booklets, Perfect Bound and Wire/Coil Bound Books

• PDF Proof = 3 working days
• Printed Proof = 4-6 working days

• Full order = 7-10 working days (after proof signed off)

Hardbacks and Wiro/Coil Bound Hardback Books

• PDF Proof = 3 working days

• Printed Proof = 7 -10 working days

• Full Order  = 15-21 working days (after proof signed off)

Additional Services

We offer additional services to help complete your book printing journey. However, this may result in an increased turnaround time. Every order is unique to your specifics. Therefore, please Contact our dedicated account managers for a breakdown of your expected turnaround time.

Fast Track Service - Orders Despatched 3 working days AFTER proof approval

BPUK will offer a Fast Track service for orders when Production Capacity allows, this service is not offered on a permanent basis all year round and BPUK reserves the right to withdraw the Fast Track Service with no prior notice to customers (who are yet to place an order).

When the Fast Track Service is purchased the following parameters must be adhered to:

Paperback and Stitched Binding Only
PDF Files Supplied
Orders of less than 1,000 units
PDF Proof Only 
No add on Services 

Orders placed with the Fast Track Service, will have a PDF proof available for approval within 2 hours of order (orders placed before 2.00pm, after 2.00pm will be the next working day) 

Proof approval before 12pm - will class as the 1st working day for printing, after 12pm orders will be sent to production the next working day. 

Books are delivered the next working day to a mainland UK address through Parcelforce. Deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland take 3-4 working days. If you're going further abroad than that, then you're looking at a little longer. Get in touch for an estimate.

As annoying as import and customs charges are, unfortunately, we can't help you out with those. You'll have to pay them on receipt of your books. (This only applies to delivery overseas by the way).
