A recent book has been flying around our office and that’s a copy of ‘Edible Art’ by Damien Wager. We thought I we’d share it with you!
A little about Damien
One of our recent customers is a professional pastry chef who primarily taught himself! In the past 2 years, he has risen higher and higher up the UK pastry chef rankings. His numerous exploits have helped him to reach new heights. We expect to see him continue this upward trajectory in 2020!
In 2017 Damien established ‘Edible Art’ Patisserie Limited and agreed on the launch of his debut book titled ‘Edible Art’ in October of 2019.
With his dominant social media presence, specifically on Instagram, Damien has been able to grow his success even further.

On top of this, he was nominated in 2018 for the “Young Chef of the Year” award which has helped propel him into many prominent chef’s and critic’s radars. He currently holds the position of ‘Patisserie Development Chef’ at the Michael Caines ‘Coach House’. A place where he’s been able to perfect his craft.
His Book, ‘Edible Art’
‘Edible Art’ is the debut book by Damien Wager and showcases a collection of his fantastic looking pieces of art, all of which are edible! Containing over 40 recipes, there is something for every pastry lover.
Full of professional photographs by Faydit accompanying the recipes, you not only get a cookbook but a piece of art with every turn of the page.
On top of this, 10% of the profits from this book will go straight to the ‘Burnt Chefs Project’ to help with their cause. This is a fantastic cause educates people in the hospitality sector on the effects of mental health problems.
