Customer Showcase: Edible ArtFebruary 28, 2020 3:23 pm
A recent book has been flying around our office and that is a copy of ‘Edible Art’ by Damien Wager and I thought I would share it with you!
A little about Damien
One of our recent customers is a professional pastry chef who primarily taught himself! In the past 2 years, he has risen higher and higher up the UK pastry chef rankings. His numerous exploits have helped him to reach new heights and we expect to see him continue an upward trajectory in 2020!
In 2017 Damien established ‘Edible Art’ Patisserie Limited and agreed on the launch of his debut book titled ‘Edible Art’ in October of 2019.
With his dominant social media presence, specifically on Instagram, Damien has been able to grow his success even further.

On top of this, he was nominated in 2018 for the “Young Chef of the Year” award which has helped propel him many prominent chef’s and critic’s radars. He currently holds the position of ‘Patisserie Development Chef’ at the Michael Caines ‘Coach House’ where he has been able to perfect his craft.
His Book, ‘Edible Art’
‘Edible Art’ is the debut book by Damien Wager and showcases a collection of his fantastic looking pieces of art, all of which are edible! Containing over 40 recipes, there is something for every pastry lover.
Full of professional photographs by Faydit accompanying the recipes, you not only get a cookbook but a piece of art with every turn of the page.
On top of this, 10% of the profits from this book will go straight to the ‘Burnt Chefs Project’ to help with their cause. This is a fantastic cause to be a part of, aiming to educate people in the hospitality section on the effects of mental health problems.
“With forewords by world-renowned pastry chefs Antonio Bachour & Jason Licker and all photography by Faydit, this highly anticipated book has understandably created an air of excitement.”
Here are a few photos of his book in all its glory.
‘Edible Art’s’ case study can be view here! It showcases how we helped Damien bring his book to life. We are currently still working with Damien to fulfil any orders he gets from customers, letting him focus on improving his skills as a pastry chef even further.
